Pivotal Pediatric Development was founded in 2026 by Sylvia Lee, a Hong Kong Registered Occupational Therapist (Grade I) with over 10 years of pediatric experience. Having worked across Hospital Authority hospitals, non-profit organisations, and both mainstream and special schools, Sylvia came to understand a recurring pattern: many children with SEN use all their strength to "hold themselves together" at clinics and school, only releasing their real difficulties and emotions once they get home. That is why Pivotal Pediatric Development chose a different path — therapists step into the home the child knows best, assessing and training in a real-life environment while walking alongside parents every step of the way.
